The purchase experience is good. What’s not good in their customer service after my first AY210 base broke itself violently powering up. Then I got bombarded with junk emails trying to figure out what email was real and what was an automated message. UPS lost my first AY210 base even though I sent it to the address Moza gave me, they said they never received it and I had to make a claim through UPS. I finally just gave up and bought another base hoping this second one doesn’t break itself because when it’s working it’s so good.

Overall, the MOZA AY210 Yoke Base is a great piece of hardware — sturdy, smooth, and feels very realistic. However, it took me about two days to get it working properly with the non-Steam version of Microsoft Flight Simulator. The key was manually binding the controls in MSFS settings to Pitch Axis (+/-) and Roll Axis (X/Y) — not as incremental inputs. Once configured correctly, it performs flawlessly. Would’ve been nice if MOZA’s setup guide included clearer instructions for MSFS users, but now it’s working perfectly and feels fantastic to fly with. No issues with Xplane-12. I wish there would be more presets for Xplane-12.

The Moza AY210 is a great upgrade to my Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke (which broke) and my Honeycomb Alpha Yoke. It looks great, has great build quality and functions smoothly. Software is good. It seems the telemetry works best with the native planes in MSFS. It also works great with the PMDG planes. I have it directly mounted on my “Next Level Racing Flight Stand Pro” with 2 screws on the bottom of the Moza base. I am not using clamps. It does not match up well with all 4 screws on the bottom, but the 2 are very secure and works fine. Overall, I’m very happy with it.

I love the build quality and the feel of the yoke. The installation process was very easy. My only suggestion is to have more presets.

Trim is not realistic for medium and small aircraft. I'm hoping that gets fixed. Other than that, it's solid and has a very good feel.

After just a few days use, it is certainly going to be a game changer. It is obvious that the software needs a lot of work, but I do think at this point it’s going to be a real winner for you. There needs to be some inept tutorials about using this product alongside simulators like X plane 12.
