Great wheel. Much more comfortable than the round wheel. And the lower profile is easier to see over. Won the first race I used it!
Great product, grips could be better
would’ve liked if the grips were.. well, more grippy, but I love this wheel.
Assuming you already have an R5, it’s a no-brainer. Amazing value. If you don’t have an R5, it’s still an incredible value and should be considered if you’re looking for an entry level DD wheel base and F1/GT3 wheel.
The wheel is very good no issues at all. Feels pretty good in the hand
Essential addition for my R3. Adds a very cool feel compared to the default wheel.
Downside is it makes me want a 2nd default wheel for quicker wheel changes.
While themod itself is fine, it’s nothing particularly special. And I was disappointed that the wheel+mod is not correctly depicted in the pit app.
I understand the mod doesn’t have any electronics to communicate its existence to the app, but this could be a very easy checkbox for the user to click, if they want the wheel to display with the mod on.
You can detect the ES wheel, justadd a setting or checkbox to “Show with mod” and that’s it. Easy.
